"Enze: The Unbidden Grace" is an action-adventure game set in an alternate world.

Story Background

About 600 years ago, an unexpected catastrophe nearly wiped out all of human civilization. But those who survived the disaster underwent strange transformations—gaining an unnatural longevity and health beyond what anyone before them could have imagined. In just a few centuries, new life began to flourish across the wastelands, even surpassing the glory of the old civilizations.

But humanity wasn’t the only species to evolve. Many creatures, too, underwent strange changes, becoming sentient beings and gradually taking on human forms.

People began to call this era the "Age of All Life."

The world, shattered by the disaster, is now divided into multiple continents, with mysterious zones emerging in the aftermath. Some places are rife with danger, where life and death are uncertain. Others are eerily silent, devoid of anything, as if frozen in time. Over time, these places became forbidden zones, avoided by nearly everyone.

Except for the “Dreamspeakers.”

In this world, some individuals occasionally dream of a giant who speaks to them in cryptic words, guiding them toward these forbidden zones. The words are hard to understand, but they seem to carry an irresistible power, driving the dreamers forward into the unknown.

The protagonist of the story—Enze, a young girl—was one of those called by the giant. She embarks on a journey into the far northern forbidden land, where her adventure begins…
