This game is due a complete rework from its original vision.

The full version will be fundamentally different than what is here. The game will undergo a complete redesign and shift to be a more action-oriented experience. However, users will still have access to the original game files after the relaunch.

The game is currently on hold, pending publisher funding.

SilverQuest: Gaiden was originally started as "miniflake" in 2009, released as a solo project by I-GAME-ART, the game was launched into alpha state on a website called Desura, and later Steam. Wolfgame came on to do additional artwork and design in 2012. The goals were to create a deeply expandable roguelike with a classic black and white design.

Unfortunately, that did not come to plan as I-GAME-ART had to stop working on the game and games in general around 2012. Since then, the game has been frozen in time on Steam.

The current game and its source code will be released at a later date.
