„To get feedback and build a community. While the campaign(levels) is mostly complete and unlikely to change significantly, the sandbox can be expanded and improved further based on player input.“

„The game is fully playable. The campaign has all 42 levels from original OCTOPTICOM + 12 new additions. The sandbox can be used to make and solve custom levels and experiment with custom designs. There are 15 new components available after level 44. The blueprints system is functional but can also be improved.“

New to OCTOPTICOM and curious what it’s all about?

OCTOPTICOM is an open-ended puzzle programming game where you design optical circuits using mirrors, filters, and other components to read, transform, and write sequences of colors. With over 50 levels of 'light programming' in the 3D version and extensive optimization potential, it offers countless hours of problem-solving and solution refinement. Prior knowledge of electronics or programming can be helpful, but it’s not required to enjoy the game!
