About This Game

AI Learns To Drive is a sandbox where you build and train your own AI to drive a racing car. It uses a simple feed-forward neural network, trained with evolutionary algorithms.

Edit AI & Vehicle

• Build the network: set layers and neurons.

• Choose its inputs: vision rays, speed, acceleration, wheel angle, and many more.

• Choose its outputs: steering, throttle, brakes, battery boost.

• Pick a paint for your car.

Training

• Evolve your driver over generations — the best agents become parents of the next.

• Tune time limit, learning rate and agent count.

• Mix reward functions to shape the behavior you want: fast racer, cautious driver, drift car.
