Miksi Early Access?

We decided to move Equinox into Early Access to get direct feedback on the direction of the game from our community. This means we can focus our development on features and areas that are the most interesting to our players. Together we can make this the best game it can be!

Miten kauan peli tulee arviolta olemaan Early Access -vaiheessa?

Currently we’re aiming to be in Early Access for about 12 months.

Millä tavoin lopullinen versio tulee eroamaan Early Access -versiosta?

Over the course of Early Access we’re hoping to both expand on our current systems and add completely new ones.

Our goal is to finish Act One of the Main Story, add more race tracks and ride islands. One of the key features we will be working on is the ability to create your own race tracks and share them with your friends.

We're also planning additional updates to social interaction in form of multiplayer events and emotes.

Once we leave Early Access, everyone's progress will reset.

Mikä on Early Access -version tila tällä hetkellä?

Currently the first chapter of the Main Story is complete as well as several horse races. We also have Riding Clubs (our version of guilds), chat, groups, friends along with other multiplayer features ready.

Muuttuuko pelin hinta Early Access -vaiheen jälkeen?

The price will remain the same during Early Access but will change for the full release. As a live service game, we’re planning to add new Horse breeds and horses as additional DLC alongside cosmetic content and new story episodes. We’re currently evaluating how we want to monetize future content.

Miten yhteisö otetaan mukaan kehitysprosessiin?

We already have a growing community in our Discord and will expand that to include the community forum in steam. We’ll gather feedback on our updates and the current state of the game from these places.

Equinox: Homecoming is an online MMORPG where players uncover an occult conspiracy while investigating a murder and their mother's disappearance.

There is no combat, but we do depict unsettling content such as blood, bones, animal remains, and a human corpse throughout cinematic cutscenes and in specific locations.

Caution is advised for Mature Language and references to Violence, Gore, and Alcohol and Marijuana Usage.
