About This Demo

Cell Sword is a six-degree-of-freedom (6DoF) sci-fi adventure set inside the human body inspired by classic shooters of the 1990s. The full game is an epic single player campaign and story that takes place over 16 levels.

After you sign up, we inject a microscopic ship into a patient and rely on you to pilot it around and destroy any virus or disease. It's a great way to save some lives, earn some credits and help build a better future on the ruins of the world we absolutely did not help destroy.

It is the future. Video games are dead. 

War has left the world polluted with microscopic autonomous robots. These drones enter the bloodstream and consume the organs and life-force of their host.

This deadly disease is known as RUST.

Instead of games, players are hired by the rich to remotely pilot fast nanobot crafts to blast the Rust. These guns-for-hire are called Cell Swords.

Cell Sword is under heavy development but you can experience an exclusive sneak peak with our Next Fest demo.

This demo contains the training level, the first level of the game, and an epic brand new level created exclusively for Next Fest.

The developers describe the content like this:

Cell Sword takes place inside the microscopic world of the human body. There are references (both textual and visual) to anatomy, blood and medical procedures (including pregnancy) but presented in a fantastical and non-realistic setting.

For example a blood cell may be the size of a building.
