Vault of the Vanquished is a rogue-like adventure where you have been sent to the afterlife, after you were killed by the kings orders. You have now been resurrected and now you can collect and unlock hundreds of cards, to vanquish as many enemies as possible and bring peace to your Kingdom.

I would like to put the game in early access to get players feedback to make sure this game is truly the best it can be!

Miten kauan peli tulee arviolta olemaan Early Access -vaiheessa?

I hope to get it out of early access by the end of 2026 Q3. But of course if something happens along the time of development, it might be extended to the start of 2026 Q4- 2027 Q1.

I hope to make it so the game has...
- A fully fledged steam workshop, where players can create custom item, arenas, and enemies!
- 4 Playable Characters!
- 6 Playable Zones!
- Roughly 100 Items!

Mikä on Early Access -version tila tällä hetkellä?

Currently the game has 1 playable character, 6 zones that the player can complete, and 40+ items at the moment.

Muuttuuko pelin hinta Early Access -vaiheen jälkeen?

Pricing is going to increase to $14.99 on release.

Miten yhteisö otetaan mukaan kehitysprosessiin?

Well I want to make sure you all have a say in items, enemy's and even locations or playable characters!

This game I strive to keep the community in the loop, and make sure you get the game you want to play!

At the moment I am creating little developer logs over on YouTube so you can be apart of the development progress! Plus a Discord Server that is in the works where you will be able to participate in polls and share your ideas!

Vault of the Vanquished is a rogue-like where you have been sent to the afterlife, after you were killed by the kings orders. You have now been resurrected and now you can collect and unlock powerful cards, to vanquish as many enemies as possible and bring peace to your Kingdom.

This game is built on the idea of RNG, bringing you through countless items to collect, and enemies to Vanquish! Push to Vanquish enough enemies to fight the boss of each zone, cleansing them one by one, and bringing peace to the Kingdom.

PLAY YOUR CARDS RIGHT!

You need to strategize your hand just right... from having a run where you are stacking buffs to stacking flips. 

THE FLIP SIDE

Every run you need to Vanquish 11 enemies before making it to the FINAL BOSS of that location. But as the run continues enemies get harder and harder, so make sure to prep yourself for it... one way might be the...

CHARACTER UPGRADES

While you play through the game you earn yellow Gems which you can use to purchase PERMANENT upgrades for your character for your future runs! But another way to boost your character might be using some Unlocks!

THE COLLECTION

While playing through the game and as you flip coins and Vanquish enemies you will unlock items you can use for any future runs! But the way you actually find these items.

LOOTING!

You find loot after you kill an enemy, this can be anywhere from Active Abilities, to Cards you can play during the game. One way you can progress other than loot is...

EXPLORE THE LAND

This game features multiple locations featuring different bosses and enemies for you to Vanquish on your journey! From a boring old castle to a village run by Goblins.
