VAULT OF THE VANQUISHED – END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Broken Flame Games ("Developer," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of "Vault of the Vanquished" (the "Game").
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.
1. LICENSE GRANT
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
Install and play the Game on authorized platforms (e.g., Steam).
Use the Game solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
2. RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
Copy, modify, or distribute the Game or its content without permission.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the Game.
Use cheats, hacks, or unauthorized third-party software that alters gameplay.
Rent, lease, or sell the Game or your license to it.
Use the Game for illegal purposes or in ways that harm others.
3. OWNERSHIP
The Game, including all code, assets, and intellectual property, is owned by Broken Flame Games and protected by copyright laws. This EULA does not transfer ownership to you.
4. TERMINATION
We may terminate this license if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must stop playing and uninstall the Game.
5. DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BROKEN FLAME GAMES DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE GAME.
6. UPDATES & ONLINE FEATURES
We may update the Game, including mandatory patches, which you must accept.
Online features (if any) may require an internet connection and are subject to discontinuation.
7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Game integrates with Steam, which is governed by Valve’s Terms of Service (https://store.steampowered.com/legal/).
8. NO MICROTRANSACTIONS
The Game does not include in-game purchases, loot boxes, or any form of microtransactions.
9. GOVERNING LAW
This EULA is governed by the laws of The United States of America. Any disputes will be resolved in its courts.
10. CHANGES TO THIS EULA
We may update this EULA, and continued use of the Game constitutes acceptance of the changes.
