“あなたは余命3ヶ月。その寿命を延ばせるという女性と一対一で「命がけのギャンブル」を行うカードゲーム。トランプのハート1～13とジョーカー計14枚のデッキ（カードの山）を引いてジョーカーを取れば負け。手札を出して相手を封じる「プレイ」という手を使うなどのルールで「いかに相手にジョーカーを取らせるか」の駆け引き。少ない枚数でシンプルかつスピーディーだが、独自のルールなので独自の戦略が必要かつ深い。”
