“Fulfillment Center Simulator is a systems-driven management game with a lot of moving parts—literally. Early Access gives me the chance to build and refine these systems alongside the community. With mechanics like pallet wrapping, dynamic order fulfillment, staff progression, and physics-based logistics, I want to ensure everything feels tight and rewarding before scaling up. Player feedback during Early Access will be critical in helping me prioritize features, improve UX, and fine-tune gameplay balance.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“I anticipate Fulfillment Center Simulator will be in Early Access for 12–18 months, depending on the volume and complexity of feedback I receive. I plan to expand the game in stages, using Early Access to test new features and polish core mechanics before reaching a full release.

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“I plan on expanding most, if not all aspects of the game.

My roadmap includes:
- Additional building and item upgrades, products, and order variants
- A complete employee management and training system
- Deeper customer relationship mechanics
- A reputation system tied to fulfillment performance
- Seasonal events, unlockable cosmetics, and optional business upgrades
- More robust AI and automation tools for late-game scaling
- Performance optimizations and quality-of-life improvements

I am also exploring co-op multiplayer and mod support post-1.0.

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version is fully playable and includes:

- A core gameplay loop with order intake, picking, packing, and shipping
- Pallet packing and wrapping systems
- Progression systems for skills and abilities
- Basic customer tracking and reputation feedback

While stable, the game is still being actively refined. Bugs, placeholder assets, and balance tweaks are to be expected.
