Brooklyn, New York. A mysterious figure named Lila stumbles into the office of private detective Ikeda Sen. Around the same time, a client named Walton entrusts him with an enigmatic device.

Soon, the illicit organization "Babylon" emerges in pursuit of Lila, and its operative Callander stands in Ikeda's way. With NYPD detective Tio, assistant Koi, and heiress Akira — a group of eccentric allies — Ikeda plunges into the heart of a massive conspiracy.

A provincial city in Japan. High schooler Izumozaki Neneko lives a quiet life, hiding a special ability — perfect memory. Her everyday world is shattered when skeletal remains are found in the canal along her school route.

Mysterious traces left beside the body, the shadow of her mother who vanished months ago, and an unsettling presence creeping closer to those around her. Together with her sister Kisara, and friends Niwa and Torako, Neneko pursues the truth — which links to past incidents and reveals three suspects.
