King's Gambit is a Cooperative Dungeon Crawler Roguelite inspired by Chess! Battle your way through several guilds, each with unique characters, chess pieces, obstacles, hazards and challenging boss battles. Every run offers a fresh strategic challenge as you build and customize your buffs and abilities card deck. Conquer each guild to unlock new playable characters, each wielding unique weapons and spells. Experience it all with a friend in co-op mode!

Embark on a strategic conquest in the mythical land of Nepharalis, where chaos reigns in the wake of King Leonidas's mysterious disappearance. As the realm teeters on the brink of war, six powerful guilds rise to claim the empty throne. Choose your allegiance from the valiant Lionheart Legion to the covert Dark Veil. Each of the six guilds brings unique strengths, magical abilities, and cunning tactics to the chessboard battlefield. Forge alliances, unravel royal secrets, and deploy your forces wisely to outmaneuver rivals and seize control of Nepharalis. Will you restore order or plunge the kingdom further into darkness? The fate of Nepharalis is in your hands.
