Why Early Access?

“Due to the large amount of content planned for Elite Exorcist Miko, the time to completion is expected to be quite lengthy. We decided to release the game in Early Access to allow players to try out the game sooner, in addition to being able to more easily improve upon the game based on player feedback.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“While there is no set date for completion, we estimate that the game will remain in early access until some time in 2026. Major content updates are planned for every stage, and there may be periods of several months between these updates.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We plan for the full version to include 5 stage tiers and 12 stages for normal runs, as well as a final boss and several extra stages.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The current Early Access version includes 2 stage tiers for normal runs and 1 extra stage - a total of 6 stages and 19 full-fledged boss battles.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“There is a likelihood that the price may be increased once the game leaves Early Access.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We will be constantly reading player feedback provided in Steam Reviews and Discussions as well as elsewhere, and will take the opportunity to watch streams or recorded gameplay if possible.”

Elite Exorcist Miko is a bullet hell shoot 'em up featuring Sakura Miko, the one and only elite shrine maiden of hololive! Evil spirits have possessed your fellow hololive members, causing them to wreak havoc! It's up to you to bring them back to their senses by facing them in direct combat and freeing them from the spirits' influence. Do you have what it takes to challenge and harness the powers your friends have at their disposal?

Use a combination of melee, shooting, a variety of equipment and 3 distinct battle styles to fight a multitude of enemies and bosses in intense bullet hell combat!

Find and challenge hololive members across 5 distinct stages, with more to come! No two runs will be the same; encounter different bosses, equip different items, improve your skills and test your mettle across multiple runs!

BECOME STRONGER!


Your abilities are limited on their own, but you can make use of the power of your defeated foes and friends! Use materials obtained from runs to increase your strength and craft new equipment, preparing you for greater challenges ahead!
