Why Early Access?

“The primary reason of early access for 'We Heist Too' is to gather player feedback for improvement of the game and provide a peek at the game's concept, ideas and setting.”

“The game will likely be in early access for a 3 month period.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“I plan for the full version to have more levels and various playstyle modes, along with a finished ending, refined gameplay and a story to optionally follow.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Currently the BETA contains a single completable level with roughly 70% of planned gameplay features and fine-tuned AI character mechanics, which includes talking to civilians, or enemies jumping and finding routes to deceive and catch the player. There is also a listenable story snippet (a walkie talkie dialogue). There are 10 levels, with 3 playstyle variation modes planned for the full game. The BETA also doesn't currently have a story ending or a 'last level', which is planned for the full game.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“The price is planned to increase when the game leaves early access.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Listening to feedback - adding requested features or fixes. That includes:
1. Integrating community requests and ideas into the development process.
2. Updating and fixing the game with each listed bug from the community.
3. Listening to experience the community has and making conclusions from it.”

Explore the unconventional city of Rywadorium! Explore the unique regions of the city and pretend you're a regular citizen with no illegal intentions.

Prepare to enter people's homes without permission and immerse yourself into a role of a thief in a unique setting of atomic 60s fiction, at this usual day at 'work'.
This game can be perceived as a thief simulator, a stealth game, an adventure/exploration game, a puzzle game, or, perhaps, a dose of comedy! Or as a simple RPG.
Almost everything is possible in the world of We Heist Too, you just have to earn it, or use any oppurtunities for the right amount of resources and persistance! Want to fly with a glider? Sure, just buy it! Or request it as your main equipment from the black market.
Want to annoy people and be rude? Sure, just hope the police and genius robots won't be on your tail after someone's ego is hurt.
Everything you see might be of use to you, many things in We Heist Too are interactable. Though, some things work AGAINST you, and some might work FOR you, who knows really? But in any case - it's important to explore your surroundings, it will likely help you a lot.
You are the one to decide how you operate, you decide how you talk to citizens and if you need their help, you also decide whether you use your intelligence to solve tasks and rob a home without ever being seen, or your bravery to ram through it all - guns blazing.
Remember, you ARE a thief here, getting caught will have a set of consequences and might put your freedom at risk.
Visit shops, gas stations, workshops and find anything that can be of help to you, to be as effective and powerful as possible... and yes, that would come at a price, but i am sure that won't be a problem for you, who works in such a prestige job, right?
And don't forget to talk with your partner in crime - Bernard Maidenhoff, he has some knowledge to throw at you... at days he doesn't feel like being stingy or nitpicky of you ha-ha!
Just don't forget to use everything you have and can get to become a successful thief and make a fortune that will leave you bathing in gold.
