Why Early Access?

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“The game is expected to exit Early Access in Q4 2025.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We aim to polish the charts, gameplay systems, and visuals as much as possible throughout Early Access. The final release of the game is also intended to contain (at no additional cost) Act 1 of the game's story mode, featuring 10 more songs, which will be absent in Early Access.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The core gameplay is fully implemented in the Early Access initial release. You'll already find an entirely playable rhythm game with several playable songs, with many expected core rhythm game features like score/grade data, as well as some QoL features like input configuration.

However, please consider the initial release to be an alpha version, where content and gameplay systems are subject to change. We recognize that Early Access can mean very different things for different projects--in this case, the release state of the game reflects our desire to work with our fans as early as possible to refine the game. For players who expect a truly finished product, please wait for the full release.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Throughout Early Access, the price will remain the same. The completed release will have a higher price that reflects the increased amount of content and polish.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“The Early Access version collects gameplay data such as scores and play counts, in order to help determine what content players prefer, whether the game is delivering the appropriate amount of challenge, etc.

We're also interested in hearing gameplay impressions and bug reports via our DIscord server. Community feedback will help us tune aspects of the gameplay e.g., timing windows, lifebar behavior, and the future songlist direction.”
