Why Early Access?

Early Access provides us with the opportunity to involve our community into shaping the game's future direction, ensuring it evolves in ways that aligns with player preferences and expectations. While the game is technically complete, our journey doesn't end here, and we're excited to embark on this ongoing development process with our players' valuable feedback and support.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We anticipate Clickout will remain in Early Access until early 2025, as we continue to implement improvements. However, we are striving to expedite this process and aim to achieve an early 1.0 release before 2025.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“In the current build, Clickout is an enjoyable experience. However, we plan for the full version to undergo refinement, with a focus on enhancing quality-of-life features, improving gameplay mechanics, introducing new customization options such as diverse skins, enhancing dialogue interactions, updating the underlying code for improved performance, and refreshing UI elements. These planned changes aim to elevate the overall player experience and evolve the game beyond its current state.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Clickout is fully playable, offering a variety of features for players to engage with. This includes a talking button that delivers lines in response to clicks, providing an interactive element to gameplay. Additionally, players can strive to unlock a total of 13 Achievements, customize their experience through the options menu, and track their progress with a score counter.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We plan to gradually increase the price of the game as we continue to ship new content and features. While we aim to keep development costs minimal and may initially offer the game for free, significant investments in its development may lead to adjustments in the pricing structure to reflect the value added. Our goal is to ensure that players receive fair pricing that aligns with the evolving experience of Clickout.”
