What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“Community feedback is very important for the development of the game. Due to scale of the project, community is the key to deliver the most optimized and polished game with experience shaped around community wishes. Game has been tested internally but it is always important to hear fresh suggestions from larger crowd that come from various gaming backgrounds.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“Current plan is to ship full version of the game by the end of 2026 but it may change depending on community feedback.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“In the Full version, we plan to have a completly finished map. We also plan to add more game mechanics and we plan to add more activities for players aside from the main gameplay loop. We may adjust existing ones based on community feedback.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Main game mechanics are finished but they may need some adjusting based on community feedback. There are alot of content ideas but that will be adjusted based on community feedback. The game is already offering long hours of gameplay, depending on the playstyle.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“The price will gradually increase as we ship new content and features.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Through the Steam forums, we will be gathering feedback and ideas for the upcoming updates and we will do pools to see what the community would like to see first.”

About This Game

Courier Simulator 2026 is the ultimate “job” simulator for those who dream of running their own delivery business. Manage your warehouse, build elaborate conveyor networks for packaging, weighing, and sorting, then hit the road to deliver packages across the city. If you don’t believe in manual labor, why not automate everything? Machines may be quicker than actual hardworking people, so why pay more when you can automate entire production, give no one a job, and save lots of money!

Features & Gameplay

  • Package incoming shipments of various items. Pack them properly. If not, they might get damaged during transport, and unhappy customers aren’t great for business (obviously).

  • Label, weigh, and load packages into your delivery vehicle. No worker or machine wants to do it so it is up to you!

  • Hit the road, but make sure you don’t forget to fuel up first. Running out of gas on the side of the road isn’t a great look for a delivery company.

  • Along your route, you’ll meet all kinds of customers. Some won’t be home, and others will have ridiculous excuses for not accepting their delivery. To make things easier, you can later unlock local package stations where you can drop off multiple packages at once to save time and money. If customers still don’t pick them up... well, guess who has to bring them back?

  • Some deliveries require ID verification or a special PIN code known only to the right customer. You can hand over the package anyway, but that might lead to severe consequences.

  • On your route, you’ll also find people returning packages or wanting to send new ones. Back at your warehouse, you’ll need to sort and process everything. Ship outgoing packages to the truck, and decide what to do with the returned ones. Some might not be worth sending back, so you can buy them from the sender instead. Who knows? Maybe you will find something valuable that you can then sell in the pawn shop.

Build, Manage, and Expand

  • Maintain your reputation by offering proper services. If you cheap out on packaging or miss deliveries, customers won’t be happy. If you fail to deliver some packages that day, you can try again the following day, but some customers are not happy to get their packages late.

  • You can reduce the chances of a customer not being available or giving excuses by providing the city with a tracking app so they can see where you are and adjust their schedules to be at the right place at the right time. Sure, servers for running such an app cost some money, but you will save time by not missing deliveries, and customers will surely appreciate that and be more willing to give you better ratings.

  • Back home, you can expand your warehouse, build even more chaotic conveyor webs, and take on a larger number of deliveries.

  • Hire workers to help out, but pay them fairly. Underpay them, and they might quit. Or, if you prefer a cold, efficient empire, replace everyone with automated machines and build a massive, soulless delivery business. The choice is yours.
