Why Early Access?

“We already have a solid game core, but it needs feedback from players so we can shape it into an experience where people truly enjoy the bullet heaven adventure.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“Roughly about a year until full release. The Ides of March next year. Should be fun!”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We plan to extend the campaign from Teutoburg all the way to the Roman Colosseum. We expect all seven classes to have their weapons and weapon skills fully implemented, along with all the global and class-specific skills we plan to add. The full version would also include all the bosses, meta upgrades, shrine events, and additional achievements.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Three playable classes (out of 7) have their own weapon classes, skills, and weapon skills. Fifteen out of roughly 40-50 magic aspects are already implemented. Four bosses and their escorts, along with multiple common enemy types, populate 3 levels (out of ~ 17).”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“The game in Early Access will be priced lower, reflecting the less than full content available. We will gradually scale the price with each major upgrade.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We're eager to receive player feedback on both the Steam Forums and our Discord. We'll conduct polls about proposed feature ideas, share preview videos, and post blog updates about future plans. We want to involve our community in shaping the game.

About This Game


In this challenging horde survivor game, you play as BRUTUS MAXIMUS, an undead legionnaire in a foreign land.




  • Fast-paced melee or ranged combat.

Choose from 250+ various player upgrades, magic and weapon skills.
From simple 'Increased Attack Speed' to devastating 'Spear Ground'.
From class specific 'ARROW STORM' of Sagittarius to Gladiator's 'HAMMER TIME'.

COMBINE THE MAIN WEAPON WITH AN OFFHAND ITEM.
Equipping second Gladius will open new attacks and weapon skills for Legionnarius.
Sagittarius can select from various quivers to use burst mode or penetrating arrows.
Fire damage triggers an explosion in enemies killed by a critical hit.
A poisonous critical kill spawns a short-lived poison cloud.
Lightning triggers a propagating lightning strike around the killed enemy.

Or use any universal items that provide additional benefits. Faster movement, Various Shields for more armor, larger collection radius.... (Offhand items can be freely swapped during run.)




- The Roman legions invade Germania, but their plan isn't going well.
- The Germanic Druid revives the strongest slain Legionnaire and gives him one task:
"Brutus, go to Rome, ask them what they mean by PAX ROMANA. Here's your weapon."


Embark from the northern forests of Germania, burn your way through Hispania.
Travel along the shores of Northern Africa until you reach Rome.
