Why Early Access?

“Tennistronic a fully functional game already, which however has potential to develop further to make it more fun for more hours of play.

We believe that suggestions from the community will help us make those changes more successful to make Tennistronic better for everyone. So this type of game is ideally fit for Early Access.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“Initially we plan to be approximately six months, although if we see interesting to continue improving the game or adding features, perhaps we could continue longer.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We plan to add more items to the game, improve the aesthetic aspect, and also the gameplay possibilities, and keep adding them to the Early Access version as we develop them.

Just as an example of the things we would like to add during the Early Access period: Improve the environment graphics, add lighting effects to the rackets, we will try to implement the local cooperative player mode... But maybe we can make more changes, if the game has enough players requesting them.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The current version is fully playable in local single-player and local two-player modes. The AI has already been improved. And we don't think it has any bugs. But we think that the game experience can be further expanded.

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Most likely the price will increase when the Early Access is almost over. The price will increase as the game gets better during this period. But in any case we will announce it beforehand on Steam.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We will open a Discord channel to consult the community suggestions, and we will release some updates during the Early Access period, with the improvements we have implemented.”
