About This Game

There is no one right way, be what you want to be. You will need to earn the faith and respect of your followers. Do it through fear or love, but know that it will have consequences on you and your appearance. If you perform sacrifices using your citizens, utilize evil miracles to achieve your goals, or simply for pure enjoyment, you will become increasingly skeletal, and your hand will show the entire world what you are capable of. If instead, you perform good deeds, wait for the right time to gain power, and walk side by side with your people, your hand will begin to emit more light so that everyone can witness your wisdom.




Whatever your path may be, you will walk it alongside your Creature. It is your representation on Earth. You will see it grow and educate it to become what you want it to be. Teach it to entertain and help your followers, or if you believe that such a powerful and majestic creature should manifest all its freedom... well... let it do so.




You will be able to manifest your presence and strength in various ways, but the most effective and decisive methods will be Miracles. They are the manifestation of your citizens' Faith in you. Channel the energies and you will be able to do great things, such as casting flames from your hand, summoning rain to increase crop production, unleashing plagues and destruction on enemy islands, etc.

You will also need to use your power to defend yourself against attacks from enemy deities. Consider carefully what and when to use them.




Your goal will be to reach Olympus and claim the newly vacated position. However, know that you will not be the only one aspiring to such power. The greater deities enjoy watching little ones like you struggle for glory. So, fight against the other contenders and show everyone what you are truly capable of. You will need to grow faster than anyone else, trying to steal as many followers from them as possible. It is well known that the greatness of a deity is solely the result of its followers.




But don't worry, it won't always be a race to Olympus. You will have time to build your Capital and create your circle of most devoted Followers. Use your island and its resources to create a Capital where everyone would want to live. It represents you; the more majestic it is, the less you will need to struggle against other deities. However, know that they won't just sit idly by and watch you succeed. They will try to sabotage you whenever they can. Don't let them destroy your city.




The world moves swiftly, days follow one after another, and the lives of mortals pass. New ones are born, you watch them grow, and you accompany them to death, just like the fields, the trees, and all living beings.

You will be the gaze that from above observes them and writes their history.
