Rogue Conflict introduces players to 15 different armies to choose from. All armies have their own setup of infantry, tanks, artillery, aircrafts and other harbingers of warfare, giving each of the armies its own unique playstyle.

Deploy your units in strategic formations and Plan your attacks based on the surrounding terrain, available units, and the enemy’s position. Challenging gameplay and an opponent which seeks to punish your every move, will ensure that careful planning and utilising the correct units are going to be crucial to your success.

Rogue Conflict’s procedurally-generated elements such as the map and what units that are available to request, will challenge the player to think on his feet and force him to adapt to the situation. All units lost during a campaign are gone permanently, and If you fail to complete all your objectives during a mission, then you will have to start a new campaign and all progress will be lost.

As your units gain experience throughout the missions they will be awarded with upgrades, allowing you to further specialise them for certain roles. The upgrades a unit receives are randomized, and each unit type in the game has their own set of unique upgrades. Reinforcement Points (RP) are also rewarded depending on how well you did in the previous mission and can be exchanged for enemy intelligence reports, unit upgrades, new units, and more in the headquarters in between missions.
