Space Engineers: Signal pack includes Truss blocks set, Corridor blocks, Inset walls blocks, Decorative console blocks, a set of Bay windows as well as 9 tracks of live orchestra playing Space Engineers soundtrack for your jukebox.

This content is not “pay to win” and the owner of the package has no advantage against other players. If you decide not to purchase the Signal Pack, but you want to play with friends or other players who did buy Signal Pack, you will still be able to join a multiplayer game or server with them and participate.
