Tutorial Island Update

Through user testing and feedback, we’ve added a tutorial island to the demo to let players get a better understanding of the controls and gameplay style of CaraVanguard.

• Indicators for players to walk into to learn more about a gameplay mechanic

• Safe test combat for player to get handles on controls

Bug Fixes

• Fixed a bug where Ignition Shift would throw you off the map.

• Fixed a soft lock where pressing buttons on the controller before the game would break the menus.

• Fixed a bug with telegraph spells in multiplayer.

• Fixed a bug where inputs between gamepad and keyboard/mouse would lock in multiplayer.

Current Issues:

• Acquiring skills may break the skill unlocks temporarily, closing the menu a few times should eventually restore the skill menu back to it's normal state.

Demo

Welcome to the CaraVanguard demo! This is a short gameplay demo for the full game. As this is not a final product, if you run into any issues, please send support tickets through email to info@backpacksolutions.net.

The demo includes, 2 of the 7 characters that will be in the full game. Skills from from 3 different weapon types, as well as skills from 2 character classes. Multiplayer is live and supports up to 7 players. 

Known Issues

New Hotfix: Fixed an issue where equipping a weapon would break your inventory.

Current Issues:

• Asha's abilities that use telegraph(Discompose, Fulgur Blossom) stick directly to her on controller.

• Final boss may sometimes not send the "Game Over" screen to all players, forcing the player to go kill other enemies to resolve the boss combat.

• Enemies out their combat zones may have their A.I break occasionally.
