About This Game

Night Castle is a 2D Metroidvania game with a retro art concept.

Explore an old castle inhabited by demons and ghosts and purify the darkness with light!

Players will take the role of Enoch Lestad, a paladin knight, on a journey to discover his identity in the battle between good and evil.

The game includes the following features

* It is the player's mission to completely cleanse the demonic castle within a set period of 30 days.

* Time passes in real time and day and night are visually represented.

* At night, new levels unseen during the day appear, and powerful and frightening enemies must be challenged.

* You must gather divine power through exploration, and together with Sister Rebecca, you must purify the dark realm with light and free it from demons.

* Purification is a difficult challenge. To purify, Rebecca must pray until the sun rises the next day. Players must defend Rebecca from powerful enemies that only appear at night.

* Players are faced with a variety of active choices: when to attempt the purification, how to allocate the time until the quest deadline, and in what order to proceed with the expedition.
