Vampire Receptionist is a single-player pixel art game that combines 2D platforming with resource management mechanics, creating a simple yet fast-paced gameplay experience with great variety and replay potential.

In this game, you play as a dark lord who, accompanied by his faithful and loyal friend, goes hunting at night. Suddenly, a strange shadow leads them to an abandoned hotel. Uncovering its secrets puts your furry friend in danger and forces you to reactivate the hotel, the perfect place to gather the resources needed to rescue your friend. Discover the secrets surrounding this place, attract both guests and victims, and save your best friend from the clutches of evil.


For your mission, you will need two fundamental things: blood to survive and money to improve the hotel. Choose wisely which guests to feast on to stay strong and healthy for another night. Each guest is a world of their own and won’t let themselves be turned into lunch so easily. Face them in their characteristic challenge to obtain their delicious blood and, along the way, some fashionable accessories.

The guests you keep alive will reward you with valuable money for being a good host, allowing you to improve the hotel, unlock extra rooms, and decorations that will attract more guests and unlock new mini-games.


THE GUESTS
These are the main course of the experience, literally. Some will come on their own, and others when your hotel gains more reputation. We can obtain three things from them: money, popularity to improve and keep our hotel open, or fresh blood that will allow us to survive another night. Each of these guests presents a different challenge requiring caution, speed, and reflexes.


THE MOTEL
Our tourist trap, a place where people from all over the world will come to rest, ready to be dined upon. But no hotel achieves success with bad reviews and lack of money. Take good care of your hotel, improve and expand it, and the guests you keep alive will give you popularity points that will allow you to keep your hotel open and attract more clientele from different parts of the world (or even out of this world).
