About This Game

" So I came to smash everything.

The time when humans gave up being happy to be no longer unhappy and became 'bugs'.
The story of a witch who smashes everything with a baseball bat tightly in her hand.

"KILL THE WITCH" is a hardcore '2D pixel action platformer' game.
Here, you must fight with only your own skills and willpower.

• Hardcore gameplay that will fulfill your need for challenge

• Characters with their own personalities and charms that will win your heart

• Original graphics and soundtrack that will delight your eyes and ears

The game is structured as a mostly linear sequence of "stages + boss fights" and its main gimmicks are "Home Run" and "Transformation," in addition to the three basic actions of moving, jumping, and rolling.

While the game features intuitive and simple action mechanics,
it lives up to its "hardcore" label with its spicy difficulty and challenging narrative.

Countless dangers lie in wait along the path ahead,
and they will ultimately bring you to your knees and try to break you.

Will you collapse and give up here?
Or will you press on once more—toward misfortune?

This game takes a lot of inspiration from other titles
such as OFF, Cave Story, Momodora and Touhou Project.

But at the same time, I think it also captures some of my own things that I want to express.
