„Magitech Requiem is being developed primarily by one person, and therefore, properly balancing and polishing the game is quite difficult. By going into early access, I can ensure that community feedback is implemented throughout development.

In addition to general bug fixes and polish, I plan to use feedback from players to decide which direction development should take. Ultimately this could influence what features are implemented, and how they may function.“

„Since development is in an early stage, I don't know how long the game will be in early access. However, as a rough estimate, I would like to exit early access by the end of July 2025. I plan to continue supporting and updating the game after leaving early access.“

Jak se bude plná verze lišit od předběžného přístupu?

„Core to the full release, I plan to integrate at least one fully polished game mode. Multiple difficulties are planned, with the highest being designed around high-level tactical gameplay with optimised builds. To allow for higher skill expression, I plan to add more perks, weapons, and enemies.

It is planned that the final game will remain relatively tight and focused. I want the game to do a few things, and do them well, rather than being a mishmash of random features and ideas.“

V jaké fázi vývoje se hra nachází?

„Currently, the game is a basic framework of the various systems which may be present in the final product. This includes the ability to distribute attribute points, equip various abilities and weaponry, and fight against an endless wave of enemies either alone or with up to two co-op partners.“

„I plan to release the main game for free. However, I also plan to release a 'supporter edition' which may contain a basic cosmetic or other aspect with minimal gameplay impact, for a small price.“
