Why Early Access?

“Before this project, I worked as a game designer in a mobile game company.

But I wanted more freedom to express the world I wanted to the player. And designing microtransactions for mobile games quickly killed my passion in game development.

I want to stop and try to do something different, instead of having my creativity restricted by companies. I decided to leave the company and become an indie game developer.

So...Here the answer... Void Foundation: Into The Void

Early access allows me to listen the opinions of the majority of players and improve the gameplay.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“Hopefully completed by the end of 2024 or the beginning of 2025.
I'm not going to put a time limit on this game. As long as I can deliver a game that both I and the players can enjoy, it's okay to invest more time in perfecting it.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“Complete story, at least 5 ecosystems.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“A complete two-chapter story.
Two ecosystems and corresponding monsters.
As well as a set of SCP-like settings for each monster, including their independent stories.

The basic system has been completed.
However, more combat systems may be added in the future and may added as the chapters progress to improve gameplay.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“I have no plans to raise the price after the game is completed.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Void Foundation: Into The Void has X and Discord accounts.
If you have any opinions, I will listen to them. But keep in mind, because this project is a one-person project, and my programming skills are not particularly good. In addition, the game engine has a few restrictions. So not anything I have the ability to implement.”
