Miksi Early Access?

Right now I think that you will have fun playing Slingshottr. Having said that there are lots of further features I plan on adding, and getting more feedback from players will help me to test and balance these features. The game is a complete experience, but has plenty of room to grow.

Slingshottr is currently planned to be in early access for around 6 months, provided I feel happy with it and the players' responses are positive.

Millä tavoin lopullinen versio tulee eroamaan Early Access -versiosta?

Slingshottr is in a complete, playable state. However, I want to add many more enemies, scrap items, upgrades, and events. Since the beginning, the more content I have added to the game, the more fun play testers have had. I also plan to fix any bugs that crop up, and polish existing features further.

Slingshottr is currently playable with up to 4 players. Players can currently explore up to 127 sectors of space, collecting various types of scrap while avoiding enemies and hazards. There are 4 unlockable ships to choose from, and 6 different stackable ship upgrades. Several different random events can occur within almost any sector.

Players can also gain ranks via clearing sectors, and see more detailed statistics on their "my stats" page.

Muuttuuko pelin hinta Early Access -vaiheen jälkeen?

Slingshottr's price may increase slightly once Early Access ends.

Player feedback from the in-game feedback button, the Discord, and player gameplay videos will help guide the focus of development. This could include simpler things like tweaking an existing feature, or more complex ones like adding a new feature entirely. There are many avenues open to explore with development of Slingshottr.
