This game is an endless runner where you play as an unrealistic and cartoonish depiction of a sperm avoiding various birth control methods inside the fallopian tubes.

At the end of each run there is a box showing a random variety of researched factoids about sex and related education, things like "Contraception does not encourage promiscuity" and "The HPV vaccine isn't just for women".
