Project bonus

After each project is completed, bonuses need to be paid to employees. The more bonuses are given, the greater the probability that employees will acquire positive traits.

Pick-up Artist

Every day, there is an opportunity for individual communication with employees, and the more innovative the language, the greater the probability that employees will remove negative traits.
