Miksi Early Access?

We want our players to have the most positive experience possible when playing Ocean Keeper. Early Access allows us to involve the gaming community at an early stage of development to gather feedback and suggestions. This helps us improve the game, fix bugs, and add features that are important to players. By doing so, we can create a higher quality and more engaging game that meets the needs of our users.

Miten kauan peli tulee arviolta olemaan Early Access -vaiheessa?

At the moment, we have several major updates planned that will significantly improve gameplay and add more content for players. Naturally, these updates affect the release timeline of version 1.0. As of now, we can confidently say that we plan to release Ocean Keeper 1.0 within three months of the Early Access launch. This will give us enough time to make all necessary improvements and additions, as well as test and polish the game before the official release.

Millä tavoin lopullinen versio tulee eroamaan Early Access -versiosta?

We can't reveal all the details, but in the full version of the game, we're planning to delight you with more diverse content, such as, bosses, artifacts, more enemies and guns. Sure, some mechanics may be deleted, but we're confident we can surprise you. We also plan to significantly enhance the graphics and optimization, as well as improve the "underwater" experience based on feedback received during Early Access.

Mikä on Early Access -version tila tällä hetkellä?

At this point, we have achieved the main milestones we set for the demo release, namely:
- Exploration of the location
- Shooting and handling different types of weapons
- Balance
- Searching for and selecting artifacts
- More main / auto-guns (currently, there are already 5 main guns and 10 auto-guns)
- Skills system
- Mining and procedural generation of caves
- Improved graphics and points of interest on the map
- Optimization
- HUB 2.0 (with improved UX and design)
Of course, we are not going to stop here. We still need to work on adding new content, improving balance, and fixing bugs reported by our players.

Muuttuuko pelin hinta Early Access -vaiheen jälkeen?

Yes, we plan to set a lower price for the game during Early Access to thank early adopters for their support and contributions to the development. After the Early Access phase is completed, the game's price will likely increase slightly to reflect all the added improvements and content.

We plan to actively engage with the community through forums, social media, and dedicated feedback platforms. Our main feedback channels currently include our Discord server and Steam discussions. Players will be able to suggest ideas, vote on new features, and report bugs. We will also provide regular updates and reports on our progress to keep the community informed about all changes and improvements in the game.
