Why Early Access?

“Fatal Claw is a Metroidvania game that lives on the balance between exploration and combat, and on a strong moment-to-moment flow.
With player feedback, we aim to refine combat feel, map routing, boss patterns, and story tempo. Early Access will validate the experience on top of completed systems and help us reach perfection.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We’re targeting a full release after roughly 4 - 5 months of improvement and content expansion. The final launch window will remain flexible based on feedback and development progress. We plan to take the time needed to deliver a high-quality experience.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The current content focuses on early- to mid-game regions and the main story. For the full release, we plan to expand playtime with new areas, systems, and additional ending elements. Please note that these features may change during development and will be revealed progressively through future updates. We aim to raise the game’s overall quality by incorporating player feedback.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“All required systems and core content are in place. We are currently adjusting the game's balance to ensure a natural play flow, and we’re addressing improvements identified from prior demo feedback.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“The price may increase at the time of the official release to accommodate additional regions, bosses, and other content.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We’ll actively collect feedback through our official Discord, Steam Community, and other social media channels. Beyond bug reports and suggestions, we’re seeking detailed impressions of combat, stage difficulty, and boss encounters. We’ll share our progress through regular Dev Notes and patch notes, keeping the process transparent.”

In this dark, desperate world, you will join Kisha—a mysterious cat resurrected by his ancestors. Rescue survivors as you explore the stretch of ancient ruins connected systematically.
