Pourquoi choisir l'accès anticipé ?

« While Sketchy's Contract is in a playable state, I believe that it is still far from its true potential. With that said, it makes sense to release the game in Early Access, allowing it to receive player feedback and criticism that will help it grow and mold into the product it has the potential to become. »

Pendant combien de temps environ ce jeu sera-t-il en accès anticipé ?

« It’s hard to say exactly when the game would exit Early Access as it depends heavily on how well received and supported the game is, however, I would not want it to be in Early Access for longer than 2 years at best. »

« Because Sketchy's Contract is set in outer space, it has such much more to offer when it comes to planetary travel, player progression, and story. I would like the full version to be released with newer features like new planets, new items, new cosmetics, and even lore! However, that is a planned future that depends on the game’s success. »

Quel est l'état actuel de la version en accès anticipé ?

« Sketchy's Contract is considered playable with 6 planets to explore, 8 items to unlock, and infinite re-playability as there is no current "endgame". It’s important to keep in mind that the game is NOT Bug-Free nor is a complete stable build. Being Early Access, players are expected to encounter issues and hopefully work with me to make the game better. »

Le prix du jeu sera-t-il différent pendant et après l'accès anticipé ?

« During Early Access, Sketchy's Contract will most likely be included in appropriate Steam Sales Events. As far as post-Early Access, I have no plans for changing the price as of right now. »

« In addition to steam community discussions, there will be an official discord that players will be able to join where they will be free to share bug-reports, suggestions, new players tips, and more. The Discord will be the primary means of communication between me and the community. »

À propos de ce jeu

Sketchy's Contract is a co-op horror looting game set in outer space where you, a traveler, have caught wind of an exciting advertisement promising a grand adventure with great rewards. Your duties will be simple but fun! Whether alone or with friends, you'll be able to travel to exotic planets, harvest planetary materials, fight alien lifeforms, and search for scattered loot. The catch? There's no catch at all! Sketchy simply asks that you do not fail to complete your contract...

Your Suit

Your suit comes equipped with an oxygen supply that must be maintained and even comes with a built-in flashlight that runs on its own battery life, so you don't have to worry about carrying one while you search dark areas for scrap. Oxygen and Battery can be restored at Suit Charges found on your ship and spread throughout multiple buildings on the planet.

The Night Shift

Players must vote at 9PM each night they are on a planet to determine whether they are staying overnight or leaving to orbit to start a new day. Why stay overnight? Well, there’s better loot, of course. However, the Night Shift is very dangerous.

Scrap

Finding scrap doesn't have to be boring. You can:

Explore - the easiest method requires you to search buildings for scrap. Access crates are typically the best place to look.
Gather - gathering tools can be used to farm the planet for materials. Take the shovel, for example, it can be used to dig up buried sites containing hidden loot!
Hunt - if you're brave enough, you can be the hunter instead of the hunted and kill creatures. Some of them can even be picked up and taken back to your ship like any other scrap!
