You're young, you're energetic, you dream of writing a thesis on extinct nation, it is hot summer outside and the sky is blinding and blue, and you have a whole full life ahead of you. Good times! Summer training takes place far away from the City, your room is far from being comfy and the campus roofs give leaks like they're made of paper. But there is a bright side to it! You're surrounded by the most beautiful girls in the world! And they like cinema too, just like you: not the summer blockbusters — the real cinema, auteur movies, where the soul of an author is hidden inside a puzzle box. This is going to be fun!

If you dig deep enough, you may find treasures. Or bones. Or a curse. Or everything of the above. If you think too much... Well, I guess, we'll find out, right?

For Ever Melancholia is a kinetic visual novel about movies, archaeology and psychology, as in "psyche", if you know what I mean.
