About This Game

Set out on a journey through an alien world untouched by human beings, and ruled by cosmic forces like gravity, solar radiation, and hurricane winds... Visit dozens of exotic planets and meet a colourful cast of space-dwellers on the long road back towards your mysterious past...

Designed and developed by one person over several years, Solaro is a self-contained world with original art, music, and gameplay. Experience immersive alien environments inspired by the wonders of space, and beautiful handcrafted levels with every detail designed from scratch.

Solaro's gameplay is inspired by concepts in physics and astronomy. Learn to navigate star systems using gravity, and contend with diverse atmospheres and weather systems across numerous alien worlds.

Puzzles and challenges unfold across a small open-world. The game is presented in a cryptic style, with room for exploration and experimentation, and lots of hidden secrets to discover.
