“Our goal is to make a fun and challenging dungeon-diving experience for players. We are consistently gathering player feedback and building an experience that is fair and exciting. We aim to be transparent and communicative with the community and look forward to getting to 1.0!”

“Roughly by Q4 2027, Plagueborn will remain in Early Access until we feel its the best version possible. We have a vision in mind for the 1.0 release of the game but this will change as we receive player feedback and community sentiment!”

“We plan to greatly expand on this foundation, including:

- Additional weapon types and abilities to master
- More dungeon themes, enemy varieties, and unique bosses
- Expanded progression systems with new passives, relics, and character customization
- Deeper worldbuilding with new regions, lore, and NPC interactions
- Quality-of-life features and balancing informed directly by player feedback

Our goal is to take the polished, replayable core of Plagueborn and grow it into a richer, more expansive roguelike experience for full release.”

Explore a long-forgotten world

A century has passed since a malevolent plague erupted from the earth, extinguishing nearly all life. Now the land lies in ruin — scattered villages, broken kingdoms, and whispers of the plague’s return. Venture into these decaying remnants to uncover the truth and prevent the next awakening.

Gather your allies

Face the darkness alone or rally up to ten players in co-op play. Battle through shifting dungeons, cut down hordes of the infected, and forge powerful builds as you hunt the plague at its source. You are Plagueborn.
