Varför Early Access?

“Our plan is for Gobsmacked to be in Early Access for a few months.”

“We're interested in listening to the community to help guide future development of GOBSMACKED, so which future features we add will be largely based on the feedback we receive from players who enjoy what we've already cooked up. The sky is truly the limit in this regard. But we're already planning on adding a few things like more localizations, more meta content (outfits, weapons, etc), and more mid-run upgrades. This is in addition to standard support like bug fixes and quality-of-life updates.”

Hur är det nuvarande läget i versionen med Early Access?

“GOBSMACKED is already a complete experience. There are numerous ways to build out your goblin gladiator each run; there are 7 very different weapons, 7 types of bombs, and nearly 100 different upgrades and equipments. It, simply, is the "mini fps roguelike" experience we were trying to create when we started this project. Early Access is our opportunity to see what players think of it as designed and grow it from there.”

Kommer spelet att prissättas annorlunda under och efter Early Access?

“We plan to increase the price once GOBSMACKED leaves Early Access.”

Hur planerar ni att involvera gemenskapen i er utvecklingsprocess?

“We'd love to hear feedback and ideas from all types of players! It's precisely why we're choosing to launch in EA instead of doing a full 1.0 right out of the gate. We've been actively including suggestions from players on our Discord and in our Steam discussions, and intend to keep doing this.”
