Pourquoi choisir l'accès anticipé ?

« ATLYSS is ultimately an unfinished game, with more content and features requiring completion to consider the game being finalized. I've chosen to make this project Early Access a vertical slice experience rather than in pre-production, so that there's plenty of things to do to get an idea what the game is going for. »

Pendant combien de temps environ ce jeu sera-t-il en accès anticipé ?

« Developing an online action RPG game takes time. Because of this, it's undetermined for how long exactly. I would like to set a reasonable goal to give myself at least another year. »

En quoi la version finale sera-t-elle différente de la version en accès anticipé ?

« The game is planned to have 3 major over-world zones, one of which is the zone you start in, with 2 dungeons in each of them. Each of the 3 primary classes will have a class advancement in the future as well, containing more skills to utilize.

After finalizing the game, dedicated hosting for multiplayer will be considered. A lot of the groundwork for dedicated hosting is set, but hasn't been focused on due to the higher focus on steam lobby hosting. »

« As of early October 2024, a quarter of the game has been established. In this moment in time, the first over-world zone and its two dungeons are fully playable. »

« No, the game will be priced the same amount as it stands in Early Access. »

Comment comptez-vous impliquer la communauté dans le processus de développement ?

« While this is mainly a solo-development effort, I am always looking to involve myself with the feedback and community surrounding the game in regards to systems / bugs / issues needing to be addressed, but ultimately focusing on the core development first-hand. »

Enter ATLYSS, a strange world thriving with creatures and critters. With the outside realm and dungeons deep ahead, there will be plenty of locations to explore and discover.

- Three primary classes to choose -

Start off as a witty novice, destined to choose between three primary classes:

Fighter - The melee warrior class that deals devastating damage and threat.
Mystic - The caster class that evokes arcane magic to their advantage.
Bandit - The acrobatic mercenary class, experts of ranged weapons and quick melee weaponry.

- Play alone, or with Friends -

ATLYSS is made around net-play, but can also be played offline as well with no opportunities or features lost.

- Character Customization -

Make your character with five races to choose from, with color, head, and body sliders.

- Your character, saved locally -

All of your character progression data is saved locally and easily accessed within the game's data directory. Play a character in single-player, and join in later to a net-play session where you left off, and vice versa.

- Questing Abound -

Party up with friends and take on quests to kill creatures, discover new locations, and help the last remaining safe haven of the world.
