The Story of the Lost Dot is a unique, simple, and fun casual game in which you play as a small dot. You have fallen from your place after the words ‘THE END’ in the novel Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland. You will experience the classic tale in a whole new way as you literally dive into the text of the novel and begin a story of your own. You will go deeper and deeper inside the novel, trying to find your way, avoiding traps and enemies. You will need to find your way back to the end where you belong to make the story complete again.

    Story Behind the Game


    I am a father to two small daughters, and every night, I read children's books aloud to them. One day, while reading Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, I saw a dot falling through the letters in my mind's eye. Since Alice's Adventures in Wonderland is in the public domain (written in 1865), I began constructing the game based on the vision I had. The aesthetics were inspired by the graphic style of older children's books, featuring black and white colors. Releasing a game on Steam has always been a dream of mine. Now, I am working to turn this dream into a reality. I hope you enjoy this game! - Juhani
