Why Early Access?

“Pay me a coffee, I'll make you a game!
I'm developing this game solo, just like the first prototype, and I want to continue working with players and streamers to provide the best gaming experience possible. My goal is to grow the community around a new genre of horror games.
Over a dozen levels are coming, and for that, I need to work on them with you before the official release.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“The early access release will be determined with the players in 2025.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“Making a game different from the others.
Rednight is an anthology game, so you will have completely different levels from each other. Based on the most primitive fears, each level will challenge you.
Arachnids, vertigo, water, harassment, It Follows, cold, fire...
The roadmap for the challenges is extensive.
The challenge, if it doesn’t kill you, won’t leave you indifferent.

List of levels:

Red Night: barricaded in a house, you will have to face an extremely aggressive creature. (Final development)
Without violence: you will face harassment, which will make the simplest task as difficult as possible. (In development)
3 to 8. Eight-legged enemies, scared of your light, will put your phobia to the test. (Level in creation)
Red Day: hordes attack one of the last military bases. (In development)
Abysses: water will be your enemy, power outages its ally. Good luck.
Five other levels are being studied, one of which will be created by the players via a poll. The progress of the levels is available on Discord.
Many mods will be added to each level.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The introduction level will be completed in a few days (update: 15.12.24).
All the necessary systems have been implemented this year thanks to the players who have been very active in the development.
The next additions will include new levels, each focused on a specific fear, with missions and gameplay tailored to it. Around 10 levels are planned.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Yes, early access supports the game's financing. Therefore, I want to offer it at a very low price in order to work with as many players as possible. The game's price will increase until its final release.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“As with the early prototype versions, I take all possible feedback into account to enrich the game, offering players a wide range of choices with the best possible quality. I encourage players to share their impressions as much as possible to ensure continuous improvement.”
