About This Game

You are appointed CEO of a newly formed company, which has already developed and is beginning to develop its flagship product. You must engage in product development, bringing your company to the Olympus of the IT industry. Be careful because... you may be fired, and the future of your career will be in big doubt.

The gameplay is turn-based, divided into turns. At the beginning of each turn, you examine the current situation in the company:
- indicators by product (sales, audience attitude, etc.)
- accepted initiatives (accepted by the player, affect performance)
- indicators of relations with members of the board of directors (depending on the indicators and composition of top management)
- active modifiers (occur when threshold values of indicators are exceeded and depend on them)

Based on the results of the analysis, you make decisions - Initiatives. Each initiative is aimed at improving one of the company’s activities:
- You can change top managers and improve the company’s performance
- You can change/cancel initiatives that are not suitable for your strategy
- You can also accept new initiatives at your own discretion
