About This Game

Game Overview

10 fighters from all walks of life come together once again for a classic handheld game style brawl! Connect attacks to build your gauge, then press B repeatedly to perform "DANDAN" Combos and unleash a variety of other special moves to gain victory over your opponents!

The sixth game in the Game Buddy series that strives to faithfully recreates the look, sounds, and feel of classic late 80's handheld games in a way that's like experiencing an alternate timeline of gaming history.

Characters


Sanshiro: The fighting vocational school student. He decided to follow the path of martial arts to emulate a strong fighter he admired.


Jacky Tayama: Deciple of Shiburi Kempo. He spends his days training so he can beat his rival Sanshiro.


Hikaru Bakuenryu: A girl who has mastered Bakuen Karate. She joined the fight to search for a boyfriend stronger than her.


Patrick: Sells exercise equipment on a TV shopping channel. Works on his abs to try and win the heart of Maki, his on-air sales partner.


Inaba Man: Sanshiro's teacher from his school. He may not look like a teacher with his rugged face, but he's hot blooded and hates when you mess with his hair or disrupt his class.


Joe Afro: The strongest mosquito-weight boxer around. He left the boxing world when he realized his hair put him in a different weight class.


Maxi Psycho: A psychic who battles evil but has a tendency to take things too far. Has destroyed several cities in her fights.


Osamu Iwata: Everyone knows he's a nerd. Wears a homemade battle suit and transforms into Sabre Cross.


Kouji Yokoyama: The self-proclaimed strongest delinquent. Continually fights to prove that he is in fact the strongest guy in town.


Mohigan: The mysterious creature that lives on Mohigan Island. His daily life is depicted in the T.V. Show, "Mohigan's Daily Life".

Game-play

Each characters arsenal of moves includes throws, specials, SUPER specials, and DANDAN combos. Beat down your opponent to build your gauge, and then make them taste the pain!

Progress through each character's story mode, challenge your friends in local hot-seat multiplayer, or hit up the practice room to perfect your favorite character's combos!
