Set in a gritty, fictional 1960s universe—the same world as Black Border—it’s a colony sim / base-building / grand strategy hybrid where you rebuild a war-ravaged region, fortify your defenses, and control key trade routes that every convoy depends on. Even though it shares a universe with Black Border, Border Base is an entirely new experience and genre, pushing us into exciting new territory. Even better, it’s coming to Steam, so we’re moving beyond mobile and onto PC!

Step into the shoes of a military outpost officer in the tumultuous era of the 1960s. In "1960s Military Outpost," players are tasked with developing and fortifying their military base to withstand enemy attacks while strategically expanding their resources and capabilities.

As the commander, you will manage various aspects of your outpost, including base building, resource allocation, and defense strategies. Construct essential facilities, recruit troops, and upgrade your defenses to prepare for incoming threats. Utilize a blend of colony simulation, strategy, tower defense, and base-building mechanics to create a robust military stronghold.

Players must navigate through challenging scenarios, making crucial decisions that will affect the survival and growth of their outpost. Engage in tactical battles against enemy forces, deploy your troops wisely, and utilize advanced technology of the era to gain the upper hand.
