Miksi Early Access?

We believe in the power of collaboration and the creativity within our community. Landlock is an ambitious pixel art survival game that envisions a vast and dynamic world. By launching in Early Access, we invite players to join us on this exciting journey, providing valuable feedback that will shape the game's future.

During this phase, we plan to introduce new features like new wildlife, enhancing the immersive experience. We trust our community to share their ideas, helping us refine and expand the game in ways we might not have imagined. Early Access allows us to build Landlock together, creating a truly unique and collaborative gaming experience.

Miten kauan peli tulee arviolta olemaan Early Access -vaiheessa?

LandLock will be in Early Access until we/our community decide the game is fully complete, and feature rich. If I had to give a time-frame, it would be 6-12 months.

The journey from Early Access to the full version of Landlock is an evolution fueled by community collaboration. As development progresses, our roadmap includes a long list of additions—from an extensive list of new items and animals to enhanced building mechanics and bosses.

Community outreach is at the heart of our approach, allowing player input to influence key decisions. The full version of Landlock is not just a culmination of our ideas; it's a game with its community at heart.

In the game's current state, every base mechanic is flushed out, and is the true vanilla core gameplay experience.

In it's current state the game has the following features:

Procedural Terrain Generation
Weather, Day & Night System with year tracking, Seasons and moon-based events
Caves
Hunting and tracking
Crafting, building and terraforming
Animals, that react to their environment
Hardcore survival aspects such as status effects, hunger, thirst, health, and temperature.
Secrets, and hidden story

LandLock will remain the same price even when fully developed with insights from the community.

LANDLOCK Project Wild is the ultimate bush-craft survival game in which you must survive the wild at any cost. The game is brutal, quite a challenge, but highly rewarding.

Travel across treacherous landscapes and battle heinous beasts that'll throw your warfare into overdrive. But don't you fret, for this is your playground—a forest wilderness—and terraforming is the brush in your hand. To your strategic advantage, shape the environment to create defenses and change the landscape to outmaneuver your predators.

Crafting is an art, and in LANDLOCK, it's the key to your survival. From its vast and diverse ecosystem, gather resources, then mix them in ingenious ways to create tools, weapons, and structures that will aid you in your quest for dominance.

In this hardcore survival adventure, your imagination knows no bounds. Or will it be towering fortresses that shield you from first-world hardships, or sneaking in the shadows, relying on cunning tactics to survive?
