Gladio Mori is heavily community driven game and community's feedback is essential in finishing the features of the game. We are fully committed to communicating with our community during Early Access and bringing the wishes and needs of the community into the game.“

Our plans include adding more levels and arenas, multiplayer matchmaking, improving UI, integrating progression systems, and adjusting the physics continually.“

Gladio Mori is a physics-driven fighting game that redefines the gladiator arena. Whether playing solo or challenging others in multiplayer battles, you’ll wield razor-sharp weapons and unleash unique moves in brutal, tactical combat. Every decision, swing, and step matters as you carve your path to victory.

Multiplayer

Take on opponents in intense online battles with up to 4 players or enjoy the action locally with split-screen gameplay. Prove your skill and adaptability in every fight as you rise to claim victory in the arena.

Organ-Based Damage System

Forget health bars—combat in Gladio Mori is as brutal as it is precise. Damage to muscles, arteries, and vitals directly impacts your ability to fight:

  • Injured Muscles weaken your strikes.

  • Severed Arteries cause you to bleed out.

  • Pierced Vitals mean instant death.

Precision and strategy are your greatest weapons.

Authentic Weapons and Armor

No magical gear here—just realistic weapons and armor that behave as they should. Plate armor blocks strikes, but exposes weak points. Find openings in your opponent’s defenses or risk being outmatched.

In-Game Move Editor

Unleash your creativity with a fully customizable move editor. Control your character’s physical body to craft unique animations:

  • Design efficient and devastating attacks.

  • Recreate iconic moves from your favorite films or games.

  • Experiment with wild, unpredictable maneuvers—it's up to you.

Community-Created Moves

Not an animator? No problem. Explore movesets shared by other players or mix and match individual moves to create a style that’s entirely yours. The community fuels the creativity in Gladio Mori.
