《Lost Seed》讲述了一名失去记忆的少女“弥亚”的故事。她为了找回自己失去的过去，与帮助了自己的医生“诺德”在因贝利亚王国开始了冒险。然而，随着调查的深入，加上和魔法学院的秀才“莫妮卡”的相遇，弥亚开始接触到了学院的禁忌以及这片大地所失去的记忆······

在魔法学院遇到的魔法师。在学院被称为“秀才”的她，正深陷于一个危险而疯狂的阴谋之中……

游戏内设置了两条不同的路线。根据你的选择，弥亚以及她的伙伴们将会迎来不同的未来，而弥亚也将会与不同的人物走向不同的结局。
