クトゥルフを題材としたSlay the Spireライクなゲーム。
HPの他に正気度があったり、行き先の選択をカード形式で行ったり、カードのランクアップが使用回数だったりと本家との差別化が図られているので新鮮な気持ちでプレイできます。
一方で初期デッキの強さの優劣が激しく、チャプター2からの難易度の異常上昇（ただのザコ戦がチャプター1のボスより辛い）など少し首をかしげる部分も。”
