“作为一款卡牌肉鸽游戏来说，《蠕行的恐惧：克苏鲁选集》其实还可以算作是一款质量不错的卡牌肉鸽游戏，毕竟开荒难也是大部分肉鸽游戏的通病，更别提卡牌这一游戏模式本就有着先天的难度加成了。
而就和同类作品里那些体验还不错的游戏一样，本作即有值得推敲的游戏性，有做到了足够的差异化，那么虽然它并不适合纯粹的克苏鲁粉丝，但将其当作一款普通的卡牌肉鸽游戏来玩的话还是不错的。”
