About This Game

"Annihilated" is a dungeon-crawling adventure where you must choose only one survivor from a hero's party that has met its "endgame" deep within a dungeon and escape together.

You are the last survivor of the  squad sent to rescue the hero's party that vanished in the depths of the dungeon.
Other comrades? They've been turned into mincemeat in a hallway somewhere. You're pretty lucky to have survived a situation like this.

However, the members of the hero's party you finally managed to find are all in tatters, suffering from the dungeon's curse. Whether it's their minds, their bodies, or their souls... in any case, they are unfortunately far from their normal selves.

It's impossible to save the entire party, as some are not just dead weight but could be a serious hindrance.
You can only save one. The dungeon is a dangerous place, you see. Monsters leap out, equipment wears down, and there are surprise death traps you can stumble right into.

But don't you worry. Even if they're broken, the hero's party is still the same. They will likely support you as best they can in their respective fields of expertise.
...Although, some of them might truly be nothing but a burden.

■ Character Introductions

Let me introduce the happy and crazy members you'll find in this game!
Be warned, some of them are genuinely unhinged!

● The "Hero," gifted with the will and power to save the world. The only words she can use are "Yes" and "No."

The party's leader, now a ditzy girl who can only say "Yes" or "No."
Her favorite is the moss growing nearby. She'll share some with you out of goodwill (probably), but it tastes absolutely awful! She's cute, though!

Before she was broken, the Hero was a true "hero."
She journeyed to save the world, defeated powerful monsters, barged into people's homes without permission, and helped herself to a treasure of unknown ownership... a truly "heroic" one!

While it's a bit questionable whether you can have a proper conversation with her, her combat prowess and formidable spirit are still intact. When it comes to fighting, she should be a reliable ally.

The strongest "Mage," blessed with unparalleled wisdom and talent.  *Cannot use magic.

She's the strongest mage, but right now, she can't use any magic at all!
In other words, she's a paperweight. But a cute one!

Before she was broken, she was apparently an exceptionally skilled mage.
A versatile magic user who could mow down enemies with powerful spells, support allies with healing magic, and handle everything from scouting to disarming traps.
Well, now she can't do any of that!

It's hard to expect the now-powerless girl to be of much use in battle.
However, her vast knowledge, the source of her wisdom, has not been lost. She may be able to help you deal with the dungeon's traps and gimmicks safely.

The mighty "Warrior" who boasted overwhelming martial prowess... now a soul dwelling in a cute, little-girl doll.

The warrior, whose powerful physique was rumored to rival even the Hero's, has somehow been transformed into the body of a cute, little-girl doll.
And for some reason, he's totally into it. "Aren't I just super cute!?"

Apparently, he was afflicted with a "curse" by an enemy in his final battle. It seems his soul alone has been trapped in the doll's vessel.

Though there's no trace of it now, before this transformation, he was known for his overwhelming strength. Even before joining the hero's party, he had thrown himself into battles against bandits and monsters. Well, in his current state, you probably can't expect much from him as a combatant...

The devout "Priest," gifted with mystic arts to heal the people. Her SAN points are at zero.

An ideal priest: caring, devout, and dedicated.
She recently changed her faith and now worships an inscrutable deity known as "The Great One." Never heard of it. Kinda creepy...

The Priest once believed in the traditional gods of this world, but the dungeon's curse twisted her faith. She is now zealous about spreading her new religion and will, of course, try to convert you.

Even though her faith has changed, her essence as a priest remains the same.
Her healing magic will be a great help in escaping the dungeon, and her diverse cooking skills will surely provide you with "wonderful meals."

The "Protagonist," who luckily survived a hopeless situation: party wiped out, isolated, and cornered in the deepest part of the dungeon.

You are the last survivor of the squad sent to rescue the Hero's Party.
You can choose your looks; the character you don't choose will die protecting you in the opening.

Congratulations! You were lucky enough to survive.
All alone, in the deepest part of a malevolent dungeon, with only meager equipment, covered in the blood of your fallen comrades...

Of course, it wasn't just luck that got you this far.
You are skilled with many weapons and know how to handle traps. You are fully prepared to navigate the dungeon.
If you join forces with a companion, escaping the dungeon might not be impossible... probably.

■ Game Systems

Communication with the unique and quirky members of the Hero's Party.

During your adventure, conversations with the character you chose as your partner may occur.

The choices you make will change your relationship with the character and the content of your conversations. Sometimes, these interactions may lead to significant events that could even change the story's ending.

Roguelite-flavored Dungeon Exploration

Movement within the dungeon is split into several routes.
You can avoid battles with monsters to conserve your health and weapons, or you can dare to fight to gain experience points.

Whether you take risks for greater returns or choose the path that seems safest, the path of your adventure will change by your strategy.

Turn-Based Card Battles

Combat is turn-based, with your side and the enemy's side taking actions alternately. The actions you can take expand with the number of items, weapons, and armor you possess.

However, items and even weapons wear down with use, so deciding where and what to use is crucial. Try to find the optimal action for each situation while paying attention to the enemy's "next move."

Timing is Everything in Battle. Land a Perfectly Aimed Strike!

The timing of your attacks is also critical in battle. By watching the gauge and pressing the button with good timing, your attack will hit the enemy and deal damage.

The handling of each weapon varies. Some have wide hitboxes, making them easy to land, while others have multiple hitboxes, allowing for combo attacks. Use different weapons according to the situation to gain an advantage in battle.

Shatter Your Weapon to Deliver a Devastating Blow!

Most items, including weapons and armor used in combat, have a limited number of uses and will break after repeated use.

However, the moment they break, their damage or healing effect is buffed, and some weapons may even trigger special effects. Making skillful use of your gear until it breaks is the key to victory.

Exploring the dungeon Means Always Being Next to Death

Darkness lies just one step ahead. The dungeon is filled with numerous traps, lying in wait for some fool to accidentally step on a trigger.

Whether you can get through depends on the situation and the party member accompanying you.
But it's okay if you die. Use the "Curse" to retry.

Use the "Curse" to Your Advantage

A "Curse" swirls within the dungeon. This is a power to "alter reality," capable of twisting the "results" of various events.

When you fail to disarm a trap, when you are defeated by a powerful enemy, or when the contents of a treasure chest are disappointing...
This is a mighty power that can make all of that "never have happened."

Each item in this game is imbued with a "Curse," and by destroying the item, you can collect its power. How you use the "Curse" you've gathered is up to you, the player.
